Navigating Neurodivergence: Bitesize is a 5 day process which will help you start to understand how neurodivergence fits into your life, and change how you speak to (and feel about) yourself.

You’ll receive:  

✅ Daily mentoring videos via Facebook and email, with 1-2 attached questions for you to answer that should take no more than 20-30 minutes each day.  

✅ Access to a private community where you can ask questions and receive support

1. Stereotypes and self image  

2. Negative self talk  

3. Rejection sensitivity  

4. Feeling in control  

5. Noticing (and acknowledging) the positives

What You’ll Achieve in 5 Days: 

- Learn about key issues that impact the majority of neurodivergent adults.  

- Connect with other adults going through the same thing - you are never on your own in this!   

- Understand a little more about why your brain reacts how it does.  

- Accept that it's ok! 

- Experience what it's like to have a neurodivergent coach in your pocket. 

How It Works: 

1. Daily Emails: Every day, you’ll receive an email containing a brief video (between 8-11 minutes long) about the subject of the day, and 1-2 questions that will prompt you to think about what was discussed in the video in relation to your own circumstances.  

2. Facebook Group: You will received a link to a private Facebook group where you can ask for support. This Facebook group was used for the original coaching journey in February 2025 and contains all of the videos and resources that you will need.
